Marek graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2000. He is one of the co-founders and managing partners of DKS LEGAL, and specialises in civil, commercial and administrative law. He has significant experience in public tenders and procurement and is also a specialist in contractual obligations, particularly pertaining to real estate transactions. He looks after a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from multi-national corporations to private individuals. Marek also manages a vast portfolio of contentious cases. A significant part of his practice lies in the challenging issue of mergers and associated transformations. Marek is a member of numerous professional organisations and operates as a visiting European advocate in Slovakia. He has a fluent command of German and English.
